Silicone bellies fake a pregnancy, available at many online stores in China, have become big business in China, where many women use them to make them cede seat on public transport, among other advantages.

Available for between 300 and 700 yuan (40 to 90 euros, approximately), sold very well, promoted on websites and even in the media as a way to get those "privileges" of pregnant women who enjoy.

In Chinese websites can find variety of these bellies, with different sizes equivalent to different months of gestation, and even silicone bellies to simulate being pregnant with twins, triplets or quadruplets.
